Terms and Conditions for Center Parcs and Tots 100 monthly challenges

  1. Center Parcs (the Promoter) and Tots 100 monthly challenges are open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents only, aged 21 and over, except employees of Center Parcs (the Promoter), their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
  2. Entry is restricted to Tots100 registered bloggers who do not already have a long term partnership (i.e. an agreement that is for three months or more) with another UK travel brand.
  3. To take part in the challenges go to https://www.tots100.co.uk/ on the first Friday of every month for that month’s challenge. The details for each challenge will be listed here on https://www.tots100.co.uk/.
  4. Each participant can only enter once for each monthly challenge.
  5. To submit an entry, the entrant must send a tweet to @tots100 and @CenterParcsUK linking to their blog post for that month’s challenge. The tweet must also include the hashtag #CPFamilyBreaks.
  6. No purchase necessary. The first challenge will take place in November 2012 and a subsequent challenge will run each month, ending in August 2013 and totalling 10 challenges. Each challenge will be open from the first Friday of the month at 11am to the last Friday of the month at 4pm. Any entries outside of this time will not be counted.
  7. Four wildcard winners will be chosen throughout the Promotion Period.
  8. The four wildcard winners will be awarded the prize of becoming a Center Parcs Family Blogger and win a short break at Center Parcs.
  9. One winner will be chosen in January 2013 from the November and December 2012 challenge entries.
  10. One winner will be chosen in April 2013 from the January, February and March 2013 challenge entries.
  11. One winner will be chosen in July 2013 from the April, May and June 2013 challenge entries.
  12. One winner will be chosen in September 2013 from the July and August 2013 challenge entries.
  13. The winners will be selected by a panel of judges from Center Parcs based on broad criteria that includes creativity of the individual post and family participation.
  14. The decision of the judges is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  15. No information regarding entries or judging will be disclosed to any third party not involved in the conduct of the challenges.
  16. The prize is not transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.
  17. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prize products subject to availability.The prize consists of a 4-night midweek (Monday to Friday) or a 3-night weekend (Friday to Monday) break at Center Parcs for a family (of no more than 6 people) and an accompanying blogger family of their choosing (the accompanying family can be a group of no more than 6), to one of the UK Center Parcs villages. The prize does not include travel expenses.
  18. Under 2’s are classed as infants and are not counted as a guest; they do not need their own bed and are provided with a cot.   19. The location of the break will ultimately be determined by availability at one of the following villages: Whinfell Forest –Cumbria; Sherwood Forest –Nottinghamshire; Elveden Forest –Suffolk; or Longleat Forest –Wiltshire;
  20. The accommodation is restricted to a 3 bedroom Woodland Lodge at each resort which sleeps up to 6 people.
  21. For the first two wildcard winners, breaks should be taken before 1st August 2013, excluding school and bank holidays, and is subject to availability. For the last two wildcard winners, breaks should be taken before 1st November 2013, excluding school and bank holidays, and is subject to availability. You should also note that our normal terms and conditions of booking apply.
  22. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured and to ensure that the travelling party adheres to relevant safety regulations as set out by the prize providers. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize providers of any wheelchair or other access requirements for the winner and/or their party when taking up the prize.
  23. Center Parcs will cover the following during your stay: one activity for all members of the group to take part in, a family grocery pack in your lodge on arrival and cycles booked for all members of the group.
  24. All prize winners will be contacted via email no later than 6pm, 14 days after the last challenge of that period has closed.
  25. Winners must respond to notification of their prize within 48 hours otherwise the right to claim the prize will be lost and the promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize(s).
  26. Winners will be announced no later than 6pm, 28 days after the challenges have closed.No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computers will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Any entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected. Any entries containing offensive or inappropriate content will be removed.
  27. By entering participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
  28. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoters reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
  29. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
  30. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.
  31. The Promoter can accept no responsibility for, and reserves the right to refuse, entries which are corrupt, incomplete or fail to arrive by the closing date.
  32. These rules are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

As you've likely heard and seen, there's an increasing focus on the authenticity of follower growth and engagement on social platforms across the Influencer Marketing community. The platforms themselves have taken measures to deter inauthentic activity and brands now more closely scrutinise the audiences of the influencers with whom they are partnering.

The Flea Network has implemented a system that will detect abnormal spikes in following and engagement, and flag these properties. Of course, such spikes can often be attributed to viral posts or high-profile brands that bring greater exposure to some content.

If one of your social accounts is flagged by our system without an obvious reason, we may reach out to you for assistance in understanding it. If we find any influencer has artificially inflated their audience size or engagement using paid acquisition or automated, third-party tools, we will remove them permanently from our influencer community.
