Video blogging has really captured the imagination of the Tots 100 community over the last few months.

We launched our twice-monthly #Vlogit Linky at the start of November and were amazed by the variety and quality of videos submitted by those of you who joined in. Thank you for taking part – we can’t wait to see what you bring us in this instalment!

In case you missed it, #Vlogit is our way of showcasing some of the really exciting video blogs we’re seeing from Tots 100 bloggers. We want to help you show off your videos to a wider audience, and we also want to help you find other great vlogs and videos to take inspiration from. With the #Vlogit linky, we’re inviting you to link up ANY video blog you’ve made to our site, and share it with our followers. There isn’t any theme for now – we just want you to share your best videos on the first and third Mondays of each month.

If you’ve been thinking about vlogging, but aren’t sure where to start, then take a look at our Vlog School tutorial posts. They cover everything from the basic tools you will need in your kit to editing tips for once you’ve shot your material. We’ll continue to run regular vlogging tutorials, and we’ll be launching a regular video round up next week which will bring together our picks of the most exciting video content you’ve linked up. We will also be Tweeting the videos you share on our Linky, using the #VlogIt hashtag.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Add the link to your YouTube, Vimeo or other vlog post in the #VlogIt form below.
  • Pop back later to check out more #VlogIt videos and vlogs from other Tots100 bloggers.
  • Each week, we’ll be selecting the best videos from the #VlogIt Linky to share on the Tots100 You Tube channel on our “Featured Vloggers” playlist. To get featured though, you need to get vlogging!
  • If you like a vlogger, then why not subscribe to their channel? (You can subscribe to our own channel here)

Last week, we loved the simplicity of the How to Make Yarn Art tutorial from Jessica Cherry Blogs – some basic editing and clear instructions made this a great tutorial which would be really easy for viewers to follow. We also got a real sense of fun from Mummy Daddy Me’s Sisterly Trip to Brighton – and almost felt like we were on the trip ourselves. We’ll be adding these videos to our Featured Vloggers playlist – and we’re looking out for more this week!

So, what are you waiting for? We can’t wait to see what you come up with. Link up below.

Every day of the week, Good Reads brings you the best and brightest content from Tots100, the UK parent blog network. Our community of more than 7,500 parent bloggers have a combined monthly audience of more than 10m readers, writing about everything from parenting to politics, food and fashion.

So You Know...

As you've likely heard and seen, there's an increasing focus on the authenticity of follower growth and engagement on social platforms across the Influencer Marketing community. The platforms themselves have taken measures to deter inauthentic activity and brands now more closely scrutinise the audiences of the influencers with whom they are partnering.

The Flea Network has implemented a system that will detect abnormal spikes in following and engagement, and flag these properties. Of course, such spikes can often be attributed to viral posts or high-profile brands that bring greater exposure to some content.

If one of your social accounts is flagged by our system without an obvious reason, we may reach out to you for assistance in understanding it. If we find any influencer has artificially inflated their audience size or engagement using paid acquisition or automated, third-party tools, we will remove them permanently from our influencer community.

Feel free to reach out to us at bloggers@fleaenterprises.com with any questions or comments.

Thank you!

The Flea Network Team
