It’s Friday again?
Finally. We can smile, the weekend is nearly upon us.
We all seem to cheer up on a Friday. There’s no work for two whole days. There’s the prospect of a sleep in (I said prospect, it might not become a reality). There are weekend adventures to plan, family to see and good food to be eaten. It’s the weekend! It’s one of those little things that cheer us up, keeps us going.
The little things in life are important. When you have children you notice this constantly. Our children teach us to skip down the street, to run through leaves, build sandcastles in the rain… we get to be children again ourselves. I treasure those little moments as a parent. This weeks Photo Friday is full of shots you’ve taken of those small moments. Things that brighten your day, make you smile and just need to be captured. I am hugely envious of Angie from Cake Photos Life, and her sumptuous plate of macaroons. Claire from The Evans-Crittens has snapped one of those crisp autumn walks that make this season of the year one of my favourites.
So here’s a Photo Friday Challenge. This weekend lets enjoy more of the little things. Lets take more pictures of them, one day we might look back and realise those little things, they were the big things.
