Last month, Tots100 and Late Lettings challenged the UK’s parent bloggers to inspire us, by creating a dream holiday mood board on Pinterest. The lucky winner of this competition receives a week’s holiday at this gorgeous, luxury cottage in Cornwall, complete with play area, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna – during the August Bank Holiday week, no less!
We asked for inspiration – and you did us proud!
We saw hundreds of gorgeous pictures from dream cottages to sandy beaches, delicious summer eats and much more. We’ve shared some of the best dream holiday photos on our own Pinterest boards – perfect to go and drool over if you’re bored of looking at the rain out of the window (like we are).
Our winning Pinterest board impressed us all with the use of a Cornish theme, combining beautiful photos with family snaps, and incorporating all the elements of a great family holiday from outside spaces to family feasts, fun days out – and lots of time together. So congratulations to…

Pippa’s Pinterest board reminded us of all the fun things you can get up to on family holidays – from star gazing to sandcastles and even making melted Rolo marshmallows over an open fire in the evening (seriously, those look AMAZING). And even if it rains, Pippa’s got lots of inspiration for indoors fun – or you can always just go and get wet!
