How did it get to be Friday again so quickly? Another week has flown by, but that means it’s nearly the weekend. So we’re not complaining too much.
It’s also time for us to share our favourite posts by Tots100 parent bloggers this week. There are some real gems here, so put the kettle on and enjoy.
First up Mummy Limited is having a rant about the Loose Women. We like a good rant and this is a very good rant. In must we really have these people on our screens Emily discusses their views on breastfeeding. Apparently we should be feeding our children in toilets. Really?
Next we have a very funny tale from And 1 more means 4… and 1 more. We’re not sure who was more embarrassed, Amy or her husband in is this yours?
We nodded in agreement with most of Babyrambles’ observations in you know you’re a parent when…. Emily brings us the ‘joys’ of parenting in this wonderful list.
Inside the Wendy House has been having fun this week discovering the songs that were number one in the UK charts when all five of her children were born. Of course we’ve joined in the fun too. One of Sandy’s sons has ‘I kissed a girl’ by Katy Perry. At least we’ve heard of that one! What was number one when your kids were born?
Another briliant rant, this time from Pint Sized Rants, in a rant about manners. We can think of plenty of examples of bad manners, do you agree with Little Me’s top five?
The wonderful Gappy Tales continues her series on her exciting adventures in dating. In Guardian Soulmates and the ruin of my love-life we discover two types of men looking for, er, love. Warning, this post contains swearing.
In what a difference a day makes, Kelly from A Place of My Own writes eloquently about taking her daughter to hospital. We hope Kate continues to improve.
Over to Sleep is for the Weak now. Josie may also be unwell, but that doesn’t stop her from writing beautifully. We loved March on and wish her well too.
Bigger boobs or a bigger brain? That is the question posed by Muddling Along Mummy. We know which one we’d choose. How about you?
Finally we love this dear so and so from Curly and Candid. Nicki addresses her hilarious letters to snotty teenagers, delivery drivers, Facebook friends and her body.
We hope you have a good weekend.
