When I was a little girl in the US there was a commercial (advert) on tv for a cleaning product called Scrubbing Bubbles. The bubbles came to life and scrubbed your bathroom clean. I begged and begged my mom to buy some so that the scrubbing bubbles would clean our bathroom. Imagine my disappointment when they failed to show up. Soooo I want someone to invent real life scrubbing bubbles that zoom and zip around the bathroom making the tiles, tub and floor sparkle!
I would invent a carpet that never needs hoovering, clothes that never need ironing and plates that wash themselves. Oh hang on I have a husband for that.
I would love to win this for him to make his cleaning duties a bit easier.
I’d invent a robot that spots mess and stains and is able to clean them up on its own. Would definitely make house work a bit more fun x
Ok, here’s mine – THE J.F.D.I.F.M VENDING FRIDGE!! Hope you like it….

Here’s mine: http://howtobeadomesticdisgrace.blogspot.com/2011/12/i-worship-at-altar-of-our-dishwasher.html
A laundry basket that sorts colours/whites, washes, dries, sorts (including pairs of socks), irons where required and puts it all back in the right person’s drawer/wardrobe!
I want something which dusts all the wires down the back of the telly and computers…untangles them while it’s there and then makes them invisible so I don’t have to look at them.
Does it count if I say… My ideal gadget is the husband! Is that wrong lol… I can’t help the fact he enjoys cleaning and I loath it! His my everything but also my cleaning gadget:) I could invent something so he don’t have to but he would be lost as he honestly enjoys it lol.
I would invent a laundry machine that washed, dried and ironed our clothes all in one, this would free up so much of my time.
